"Doctor Stephens IS AMAZING this score doesn’t reflect his work or practice. Really only aimed towards the receptionist. The first time I called the women on the line was absolutely amazing. And the visit was a breeze. However EVERY SINGLE TIME since has been horrible. Between the poor communication and combative attitude we’ve started looking at someplace closer to get treatment. My daughter had a scheduled appointment at an imagine center that was recommended by this location. six days before the appointment I get a call from this office saying that RayUs was requesting approval documents and the receptionist called me asking if I knew why…. I said no and she said well “they’ll call again if it’s important “ I didn’t think much of it because the appointment was already scheduled but then two days later the appointment at the imagining center was cancelled the insurance needed documents from the doctor requesting the procedure to be faxed but this location never did. And almost two weeks later I called this morning to see if they got it situated so that the insurance will cover it and she said it was my responsibility to call and see. Luckily my daughters almost 18 so we can get seen by regular gastroenterologists that’s not an hour plus away. Again DR. Stephens is amazing and I wish him all the best. But I can’t with this location anymore."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. Doctor was a complete jerk, wouldn’t listen to my concerns and spoke to me like I was a child. Also hit my stroller on the way out of the door. Never once looked at my child, let along do any kind of exam. He also told me i needed to be a parent and force my autistic toddler to eat laxatives."

"My daughter has been under Dr. Stephen's care for over 5 years and I still feel the same as I did five years ago- he is a terrific doctor! He is personable, intellectual, and takes the time to answer my questions. As a mom of a daughter with special needs, I really appreciate that he interacts with her and treats her with the respect she deserves as a human being. I have also had very positive experiences with staff such as Nikki, Jodi and a few others. I hate to be partial but Juana- we adore you! Thank you for all that you do up front and behind the scenes."

"Dr Adams is great! He detailed everything from the findings to the lab work. He ordered only the labs necessary for the proper diagnosis. Dr Adams took the time to explain to me and my son about what he was looking for and made sure we were comfortable with everything. Dr Adams is very professional and personal. Jody is also great! She helped to coordinate our next appointments and also helped with our appointments for lab work. Thanks for everything and we will see you soon!"
