"I wouldn't even give them a star!!! My daughter had an appointment today first time, and they had me waiting for a whole hour. I left because they did not even have the desency to let me know what was going on, and why my daughter was not being called. There was only one lady before me. I got up to ask after 35 min of waiting and no answers from the lady in front. After an hour I asked again and she was gone for 10 min, is not that she was going blocks to ask what the hold up was. I just left, I think my time is as valuable as theirs and they should be professional enough to let patients know if they are running behind. Very unacceptable!!!"
