"I AM SO UPSET. I was called and told that my original appt was canceled because the provider was out of the office. I was patient because I figured this sort of thing happens from time to time. I was then rescheduled for 3/29 at 11:00am. 11:00am I log in to telehealth and it states that my childs appointment was canceled … with no notice … no text …no email. ZERO communication. I took off from work to attend this appointment. So of course Instantly call the office to find out why it’s been canceled and I’m number 21 in a queue … I WAITED ON HOLD FOR TWO HOURS AND FIFTY EIGHT MINUTES. The phone rang and then I was transferred to the main hospital line and I spoke to an operator who subsequently transferred me back and then I was number 15 in a queue and I WAITED ON HOLD FOR ONE HOUR AND FORTY THREE MINUTES all to be answered again by the main hospital instead of the office. The lack of professionalism by this office is absolutely astounding. Maybe to you all this is just a job or another patient — but these are real families and kids who are on the other end. It’s hard enough navigating this process and anyone having to see a pediatric neurologist surely is going through a tough time. This is the opposite experience a parent should have. I will be reporting my experience to every outlet and social media site that I am able to. This office has disappointed me but most of all failed my child. DO BETTER."

"We were referred to Dr Epstein this year by our pediatrician to get our daughter her diagnoses for ASD to move forward with getting her ABA therapy. The initial visit was pleasant, and Dr Epstein was able to quickly give us the diagnoses we needed. I cannot give a higher rating in good consciousness because the experience of working with this office has been more unpleasant than not. The assistant can be quite rude and curt. They are not sensitive to the fact that they are interacting with caregivers that are stressed and overwhelmed even without having to worry dealing with this office. I'm shocked that she is allowed to interact with caregivers of patients that have mental issues. Remember, people will recall a negative experience with 10 times more potency than a positive one. I've had so many negative interactions with the office that I dread asking anything or having to contact them."

"Both my children are have been patients for 3+ years. The staff is nice. The facility clean. The waiting room times fair. Dr Epstein listens, processes and is to the point. I have recommended him to several friends and will continue to do so. Major bonus, Dr Epstein's assistant is AMAZING"
