"Always made us wait with a 1 month old for an hour in the small patient room. My insurance made a mistake and didn’t cover one of our visits instead of them trying to contact my insurance her husband locked me in a back room and demanded I pay them $150 or they wouldn’t see my baby and tried to force me to pay and additional $150. When I called my insurance they told me her office never even tried to contact them and I shouldn’t have paid the first $150 fee. I have Heard multiple parents in the waiting room yelling at staff because they had to rush their kids to the hospital for being diagnosed improperly."

"I moved to Coral Springs 7 years ago, I tried other pediatricians and none compare to Dr Colons office. The staff is very professional, welcoming and accommodating when you call for same day appointments. They truly care about your kids and their health. Dr Colon gives best advice and doesn’t prescribe antibiotics right away if there’s a holistic approach. My son was 5 years old when we started seeing her, he’s now 12 and I’ve seen how she’s used proper communication according to age, educated us along the way and just has ALWAYS used best practice. She’s very patient and educational even with all the crazy questions I may throw at her."

"Today was my first time here for my daughter. I had a great experience from the second I walked in was greeted by the receptionist. My daughter was seen by the physician assistant I forgot her name but she was a young lady & she was amazing, she was very sweet and patient with my daughter. I’m so happy I finally found a place where they accept kids that aren’t vaccinated. I also love how they want to do everything the natural way."

"I LOVE Dr. Colon and the other providers we’ve seen at this office. They listen and provide treatment options in way that demonstrates they truly care and what what’s best for their patients. The 3 stars however is due to the extreme lack of communication available to patients outside of the care in the exam room. It is impossible to actually speak to a staff member on the phone. I call multiple times and wait on hold usually 6-15 mins and then just give up. I’ve left messages in our patient portal, I’ve left voice messages with detailed information to call me back, and nothing. Most times I need something simple; an appointment or a copy of a form, and it’s extremely frustrating to encounter this each time I try contacting the office. As a doctor myself, I totally get the challenges providers and offices face and have been sympathetic for a long time. I’m now going on 6 weeks waiting for a school wellness form to be sent to me, and my patience has run out. Ultimately I’m changing providers which was a very difficult decision to make because finding a good doctor is tough."

"We have been going to CSHP for about 5 years now. Her staff knows us and is always welcoming. Dr. Colon is an expert! We enjoy seeing her and the various ARNPs on her team! I will say that the office looks a lot more lively with all the new decor, and hopscotch, and colors everywhere!"
