"Being new to the area, this was a poor introduction. My appointment was 4pm, after the entire waiting room was emptied, 45 minutes, we were called back, only to sit in the exam room for an hour. I had my co-pay refunded, never saw the physician, and left. Only to be told we were 'next' and 'just a minute'. I can only hope this isn't the norm for this practice, but very disappointing. After hour co-pay of $50 is accessed for appointments after 4:30pm, but having patients, unattended until 5:45pm, seems to be acceptable."

"The only problem is I always need a late appt for Skyler because of school and work and sometimes the wait in the room waiting for the Dr. can be long. Start to finish a 2 hour visit. I deal with this because I love everything else there. This time I brought him in for a well check and bite on his leg (maybe a spider) and Dr Harnash was great and thorough and explained everything. I was in and out in 1 hour. It was great. All the Dr's are pleasant in Heron Bay and very friendly. Great place."

"Excellent staff. Office is always clean. Every visit with our daughter has been top notch. We are quickly seen by our scheduled time, the staff is always polite and responsive. The Doctors are patient and really listen to any concerns we have and thorough with every visit. Highly recommend."

"It’s always no appointments for same day or next day. The directions from the doctor were not clear that I received at my visit. We walked out unaware of the next process of our visit that the nurse had to call me and tell me that I left without completing my daughters breathing treatment due to suffering with congestion from the flu. Anyway she followed up with me and said I needed to come back. However I thought she would follow up with an appointment and she never did. Then I get a call that they thought I was coming in for the treatment. I had no idea that I was suppose to just walk in to the office knowing how crazy it is with scheduling an appointment at your offices. So now I haven’t heard anything back from her and still waiting for an appointment to back but I guess I’ll just call off my own & go ahead with another doctor. I wish my daughter had one specific doctor she would be assigned all the time. But I guess you guys go by whose availability that day."
