"The man on the phone is extremely rude when he answers. I called to politely ask about my former immunization records (as I do not live in FL anymore) and was received with a condescending attitude to go to the department of health. I tried to explain to him nicely that my provider is having a hard time obtaining my records, as I do not live in FL. When he continued to be rude, I asked him why he was speaking to me this way, especially since I was speaking to him respectfully. He continued to raise his voice, so I ended the call. This experience with this individual is so unfortunate, considering how well I remember Dr. Casta's staff treated me as a child. I understand that we all have bad days, but that does not give ANYONE the excuse to treat, or speak, to others in a way that feels less than. Instead of huffing and puffing on the phone, maybe ask a patients name and try to help. I have also worked in a medical office, and that is not the way you treat patients. Do better."
