"This is the worst doctor’s office I have ever been to. They are unprofessional and do not care about their patients. I would not recommend this place. I tired getting birth control in October and there were not able to process the order and they still haven’t processed it. They would always send me to one specific person who works with ordering the birth control. Each time I called I would get a voicemail and would NEVER get a call back. This is very unprofessional and will cost me hundreds of dollars because they still won’t process this order, and by the time they do it will be well into the new year when my deductible and out of pocket max starts over. This is just one of the many bad experiences. During my pregnancy I would get different answers because you basically see a new doctor every time. They give you contradictory information and a few times the wrong information. Each visit would take hours. It takes a long time to get you back and then a long time before the doctor comes to the room. If you go here plan a few hours being there. If you do have to go to here I would recommend Dawn, Tori, or Dr Lemert. They are the only good things about this office. Update- no one has reached out and I’m doubtful they will. But I will update my review if they do. Update- They have reached out to me. I do appreciate that! I think I will still be going elsewhere for my doctors appointment."

"My doctor was Elizabeth. She was absolutely amazing. I plan to start my womanhood journey with her. She was so amazing. She walked me through everything she was doing. She could tell I was nervous, but reassured me that it would be okay. I will recommend her to everyone. The staff were wonderful. When I first walked in, I was welcomed. This was my first time being at a Gynecologist without my mother and the first time with my Husband. We both did not know what to do. The receptionists walked us through the paperwork and assisted in any confusion we had. Our whole experience was wonderful."

"Dr. Kim was amazing. Took his time to educate me, made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions. The entire staff is amazing! The scheduling coordinator went above and beyond to get my appointments lined up and scheduled as soon as possible. My nurse was amazing as well. Highly recommend this office!"

"The staff and everyone I met on the care team were extremely warm, kind, and knowledgeable. Although visit times are short, they made sure to explain everything thoroughly and made sure I understood. Even though they spoke quickly (lots of info to share in a short 15 minute slot) I never felt rushed or dismissed. I highly recommend this location and especially Dawn."

"What an exceptional experience! I have never been to a nicer medical office. Ever! I was let called in after a second of completing my check in and everyone was so very nice. I wish i knew the name of the assistant that answered all our questions, she was very nice and informative. Don’t hesitate ladies!"
