"Good service Professional Fast Clean"
"Beyond frustrated with AdventHealth Medical Group Family Medicine at Celebration! I scheduled an appointment in May for my annual physical for August. I arrived at that appointment in August to be advised the doctor was on vacation and I'd have to reschedule. I rescheduled for the first available appointment which was today NOVEMBER 30th for 3pm. I arrived at 2:47pm for my 3pm appointment. At 3:20pm I advise the front desk staff that I have another appointment at 4pm and they tell me they will let the doctor know. I get back to the patient room at 3:34pm and I tell the medical assistant that I have to leave by 3:45pm for another appointment and she states she will let the doctor know and that he's running behind. At 3:50pm I still hadn't seen the doctor so I left so I could make my next appointment. Additionally, wecare@adventhealth I've contacted the customer care line in August and never received a phone call in return. Please don't ask me to email you to discuss further. ADDRESS the issue with the office!!!!!"
