"I went there WITH an appointment, I live in Dr. Phillips, but because I need asap I went to this location, which Omayra was the receptionist. I am facing some healthy issues, thus my doctor asked for a lot of tests. Omayra was all by herself entering my tests in the system and collecting the blood, so she was stressed (it’s understandable). What is not understandable: she said that I was a walk in client with the amount of tests I should be scheduling a appointment. I did the appointment since January 25. She said that probably my insurance would not cover and I said I would pay the difference. I was aware of it. But because she was stressed with the people arriving and accumulating in the little room, she wanted to deal with me quickly because she was annoyed by the amount of tests that I needed. So I was told to go another day to collect ‘the rest’ of the blood, because my blood work requisition was too long, because my insurance would not pay and because ‘the system’ was not accepting so many tests. When collecting my blood she said it was too much blood and I could pass out and she did not wanted to be hold responsible… (seriously?) Never in my entire life I have listened to this when collecting blood. My husband interfered reassuring we would pay tbe difference, and we begged her to do everything in the same day (because of the healthy concerns). Resisting and complaining she did it. Surprisingly, she could insert all in the system. Lastly, my blood had to be collected until 9am, but because all the confusion, it was done by 9:30am and I hope it does not interfere in the result. I believe Labcorp could afford one more professional to do this job. It was not fair just one person to do all of it. I can understand her stress, but not the dishonest behavior about the system. I was not there asking a favor, I was there hiring a service provider and paying (a lot) for it. This is beyond unprofessional."
"Went without appointment with a pre-paid lab order and waited no more than 10 minutes to have everything done."
"This Labcorp office is small, friendly, and efficient. I made my appointment online and had a minimal wait. The technician was very professional. This office is located on the third floor of a very modern and clean building. Ample free parking. Highly recommended!"
"I am new in town and ignored all the previous bad reviews due to how close the location was to me and I wish I didn’t. The phlebotomist was on a personal call my entire visit and that would not have been an issue if she was able to do her job correctly and not make a huge error. Even though I gave her an order form from my Dr. with all the info she still proceeded to send the results to a different Dr. and entered in the Labcorp system that the incorrect Dr. Ordered the blood work. Obviously she does not care about her job, understand basic reading comprehension, or know how to follow simple directions, but Labcorp as a company should care more about their patients. I wasted a co-pay not only to take out the blood but also to see my Rheumatologist who without the results of the blood work could not determine if the medication I have been on is helping with my RA. People’s health and well being rely on these results and for your staff to be so careless is unacceptable. I will definitely be contacting my insurance company to inquire how much higher the cost will be if I go to Quest from now on for my blood work. Please stay away from this location especially if you are someone like myself with an illness that requires repeated imperative blood work to make sure it is not progressing and medication is not drastically affecting other organs."
"This is in a little office. Is a one Man circus. No customer service just one tech doing it all.... Ohhhh there's a 5 people capacity sign at the door and theres 10 people inside. If you schedule an appointment make sure you come ready to wait...."
