"Would especially like to take a moment to first of all rave about Miss Denise who deals with patient accounts and billing issues. We had a clerical error occur that was trying to bill us an additional substantial amount for my son’s braces. After months of frustrating phone calls we finally got Miss Denise on the case and she spent so much time straightening everything out and getting us back to our original amount. We are beyond grateful for her help. Also, quick shout out to Miss Riley the amazing ortho dental assistant. She makes Gabriel’s visits so much fun he actually looks forward to them. But honestly from the Doctor on down the whole staff here is so friendly and professional and a pleasure to deal with. 10/10 recommend Main Street for your orthodontic needs and dental needs. "I went for my daughter’s first appointment. I scheduled it online and filled out all her paperwork on there too, super easy. The place was packed when I got there but check in was quick and easy and the girls were so kind, the assistants and doctors were very nice and understanding of my hyper toddler and made sure she wasn’t scared of the whole process. They gave her some goodies too! Loved the experience."

"No a good experience at all. When I first called I was asked to hold. I was on hold for 15 minutes. So I thought I'll go on their website and make an apt for my two children. It showed Feb 7th I booked it and proceeded to go into making the information complete by putting all the patients information in there. I had no problem was given a code and sent the information to my son. I started the second one and it wouldn't process the info. So I called back. The lady who answered the phone was rude to me. Said I don't know how you made an apt we don't have any availability. I explained I did it on her website she said there was no possible way, I tried to give her the code and she said it didn't matter. So I asked when is the next available apt she said Feb 29th. Also it takes them 3 days to verify insurance? How professional! I really feel sad for the Doctor at this place, you know people can have bad days and take it out on the public, however we are the ones that pay and entrust that our children are taken care of while in their care. If they can't even have a casual conversation imagine what they do to their teeth. To the lady who had issues with me calling,shame on you, find a job where your attitude can truly be appreciated. I heard the city dump has openings."
