"I just sat on hold for 20 minutes like always. Except this time the girl answers the phone asks my DOB & then ends the call. Miraculously they are now closed. I still don’t have access to my patient portal like I told them THEY did not enable my account. Insisting I don’t know what I’m talking about even after I spoke with customer service they told me what I already knew. MA & Dr. Are great but good luck scheduling an appointment or not waiting on hold forever every single call."
"Other than the 1 phone line to make appointments we love the community health centers. Staff is very friendly, helpful and they remeber who their patients are. Pharmacy staff is great always ready to answer questions and always help in getting prescription ready. When i walk in they immediately get the prescription for whomever in my family needs it before i even get to the window."
