"My daughter will be turning 15 in just 4 months and this pediatric office has been her pediatrician since birth. At some point we have seen all the doctors in the practice and could not speak negatively about any one of them. We love this team of doctors and the care they provide."
"Dr. Usmani, who has good reviews, was my daughter's assigned PCP, so despite the reviews for Clermont Pediatrics, I decided to go in when my daughter came down with severe ear pain overnight. We arrived shortly after the practice opened. The young woman at the window rolled her eyes when I said we didn't have an appointment. I explained our situation and showed her the insurance card with the doctor's name as assigned PCP. I was then asked by second woman if I planned to stay with them or if I'd be switching doctors. The 1st young woman continued her huffing, sighing and general "b" eye rolls. I reiterated that my daughter was in pain, this was her assigned doctor, so we were there. I was then told they don't accept walk-ins so she needed to know if I would stay with them before she could see what they could do for us. I asked for the insurance card back and told them we'd go somewhere else. Contrary to the owner's response, we were not offered an appointment. We were offered attitude. My daughter was in severe pain and a little compassion would have been appreciated from a pediatric office. I guess that was asking too much."
"I've had it with one particular doctor; Dr. Shahrzad Tarafdar Haghighat. Her ignorance and bad attitude are exactly why after 9 years I am relocating my children. Passing my son's lungs as "perfectly normal" after getting x-rays the same day only to find out he has pneumonia. My son had the x-rays done at around 11:30am. Takes about 3 to 4 hours to complete radiology diagnosis. It is now 6:30pm. She has yet to call me to discuss further evaluation. There was not a single person in that lobby while waiting. So, what's the excuse for not addressing a little patient's medical problem? It is because She is a very unprofessional and uncaring individual."
"I'm "happy" to see I'm not alone in my feelings about this place. The nurses and doctors are rude and when you try to ask questions, you get scoffed at. This place needs to be trained in the way they speak to the parents that bring in their children. Telling a parent that their child is low in something and then not offering any advice to help with that? But having no trouble telling the parent they should be evaluated for autism? This is an evil weird place with no support or friendliness. I hope this changes for the sake of future patients."
