"I had a great experience with Dr. Pepine. Making the appointment was easy and they followed up with a reminder call a couple days prior. Dr. Pepine was thorough and took the time to answer all of my questions, I didn't feel like I was being rushed. All the staff that I interacted with were very friendly with smiling faces. Lastly, believe it or not, I was actually seen by the doctor several minutes prior to my appointment time which to me is pretty impressive given that just about all dentist or doctors appointments I have been a part of entails a lot of waiting. "Went today for an appointment but I got stuck in a horrible traffic jam. I called them 10 minutes before my appointment saying I was going to be 10 minutes late and they said that was fine and to come on. I get there, they say my appointment magically disappeared from the system (I just confirmed it yesterday) and that they couldn't see me because I was late. Okay.. You couldn't tell me that before I bothered coming? The woman I spoke with shrugged at me and didn't care at all. Not to mention she didn't have an answer for anything, especially my appointment magically being gone. RUDEST and most clueless people at the front desk. Safe to say I'm going to someone else! They lost a loyal customer for good because of the lousy people in the front. One star is being nice from that experience."
