"From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted with pleasant smiles. They made it so easy to get our information, as my arms were occupied with my one year old. When Jackie called us back we were in and out in probably under 10 minutes, most of which was me getting my son dressed again. She was great at keeping my son distracted, informing me of what she was doing, and magically getting minimal tears. I will be taking him here EVERY TIME!"

"The registration person was very friendly and the nurses that did the bloodwork were really great. My 3-yr old daughter is autistic and very afraid of medical personnel and medical equipment. I was very nervous about whether they would be able to get the bloodwork done (we tried at the pediatrician's office before and failed), but the nurses handled her like experts, they were sweet with her, and they got it done in no time at all. I was very impressed and relieved!"
