"My recent experience with Tendercare Pediatric office was awful. To begin with, they overcharged me for a simple routine well visit, which immediately raised concerns about their billing practices. When I decided to call their billing department for clarification, I was met with astonishingly rude and sarcastic behavior from the person on the other end of the line. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, they condescendingly remarked that visiting the doctor's room doesn't grant me the right to know what I'm being charged for. This attitude is not only unprofessional but also completely unacceptable in the realm of healthcare billing. Patients have every right to expect transparency regarding the costs associated with their medical visits. The disrespectful tone and lack of assistance from their billing representative left me deeply disappointed, and I ultimately decided to switch my children's primary doctor because this wasn't the first time I had to deal with such issues."
