"In my opinion this practice should be investigated by the state, there is far too many complaints that share similar types of unethical behavior relating to patient care from the staff regarding their young patients. We experienced first hand, sadly I did not check reviews first, or we would not of made an appointment with this practice. The fact parents/guardians are not permitted to accompany their children in the exam room is a huge red flag! Unfortunately, I trusted that the staff would be gentle, caring and compassionate to which they are none of those qualities! This dentist clearly promotes false advertising on their website, no where do they say a parent is not permitted back with child at anytime, step a foot into this practice to see for yourself, nothing warm or fuzzy about this place! I would not bring my worst enemy here for dental care. Formal complaint is being filed with the state, In my opinion this place needs investigation at the very least!! Office staff is lacking, Yvette R. needs training on how to handle situations involving scared children, also they need training in compassion, which non was exhibited. What do you think you will accomplish when you are scaring a child? People bring their children to the dentist to keep their teeth healthy, they trust the staff, you should remember that, do your best to make these children feel safe and secure while receiving the treatment they need. Avoid this place at all cost, there are far too many reputable dental offices to visit! You are your child’s advocate! Do your research!"

"Needs to be shut down, traumatizing kids, abuse, mean. It took me a year to get over how horrible they treated my child, he was terrified of dentist. So thankful for our new dentist that was calm and understanding to heal the damage of what this horrible place did. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know MANY moms who have stories of trauma and abuse from this place. They have been sued before as well for malpractice. Never trust a dentist that doesn’t allow you back with your child! This lady needs to be done working!"

"If I could post no stars, I would. Dr. Blankenship as a doctor is incredible, but her office staff is absolutely horrendous. I was quoted over $300 for a cleaning when my insurance states it will be $0. I asked them to double check and they came back with the same number. They took the kids back. I immediately looked up my coverage and showed the front office staff (within one minute of my kids going back). The office manager was rude and condescending. I asked them to stop and bring me my kids. She continued to argue with me and I DEMANDED my children, at which point they finally got them. I have not been spoken to with such disrespect and she insisted they had already done the cleaning IN THE ONE MINUTE they were back there. Appointment was at 4 pm and I was in my car at 4:04 pm. My son stated he had his teeth brushed and my daughter's mouth was not even touched. So they lied straight to my face. Completely unprofessional!! I called my insurance, and the office was inputting an incorrect code. All of this could have been avoided if they had done their job correctly!!! This is not the first bad experience with them. Again, Dr. Blankenship is amazing, kind, and patient. All of the issues are with the office staff. My daughter had a filling done that was causing her extreme discomfort. I mean crying out in pain for days, discomfort. She has had cavities and experienced pain, but nothing like this. I called to get her in, the front office would not allow me to bring her in to get checked. They said wait it out. Called the next day, and was told to "wait it out" again. I gave it one more day. Finally I said, if she can not get in, I need a referral, which they happily gave to me. When the doctor got wind of what was happening, she came in on a Saturday and fixed the issue. Again Dr. Blankenship, amazing, front office needs A LOT of work. The only reason I went back was because Dr. Blankenship fixed the issue as soon as she was aware of it. Please fix the issues with your office staff."
