"First visit here. The staff are so nice and so gentle and nonjudgmental. I feel confident that Dr Ramos and the entire staff have my best interests at heart. Very good first experience. Update: I’ve now had some fairly difficult dental repairs since my initial diagnosis. I must say that although it was an extremely aggressive treatment ( due to my own negligence) i am so very happy with the initial outcome. Can’t tell you how happy and relieved I am after this intervention. The entire staff including Dr Santos have given me so much relief, so much information and support and so thoroughly have taken care of my initial problems with such care, patience and skill and have left me virtually pain free within 2 days. I’ve got a lot more to deal with going forward but I’m so very impressed with the care and advice I’ve received so far. I have no doubts going forward with the rest of my likely extensive treatments with these wonderfully competent and compassionate people. They really do an extremely thorough examination the likes of which I’ve never really experienced before. If you are looking for a truly dedicated and detailed analysis and well thought out plan to fix your teeth without trying to bankrupt you in the process with unnecessary treatments then you need to go here. I’m so glad I did. Update: Today 11/7/23 had more procedures to correct my dental problems at The Bow Tie dentist. Once again I was blown away by the care I received from the entire staff. Also have to call out Dr Ramos most especially. About 3 hours after my latest procedure (done at about 3:30pm) I get a call at around 6:40 pm from Dr. Ramos. I can hear that he is home with his family. I can hear his family in the background. He is taking time away from them to check on me! This is one of the nicest and most caring things any doctor has done for me in a long long time. I’m am humbled by his care and compassion. I’m guessing I was not his only call this evening. Seriously, who does this? Well apparently Dr Ramos does!"
