"Go elsewhere! Make sure you check that they're doing what is covered by insurance. They love having multiple names for types of cleanings and charging more than what is covered as preventative maintenance by the insurance company. They told me they were writing off a $60 balance remaining from one of these more expensive cleanings, and instead they sent me to collections. The front office staff are completely incompetent."

"Under no circumstances would I recommend coming to this dentists office for Invisalign, they’re totally fine for everything else dental related but I do not think they have the knowledge or attention to detail required to handle orthodontics, I’d recommend seeking the help of an actual orthodontist if you need braces or Invisalign. They pressured me over and over again to pay them for Invisalign which totaled nearly $5000. They told me they were confident the entire process would take no more than 10 months, it ended up taking 3 years. After bringing my concerns with my lack of proper teeth alignment and the discomfort it brought to their attention (my entire lower row of teeth are now slanted out of alignment compared to my upper row causing my jaw to shut crooked) they continued to push me to sign paperwork to complete the treatment and to this day my teeth are causing me discomfort and I have no doubt I will have to seek the help of an actual professional dentistry in the future. These people just want your money, plain and simple, they’re no better than a corner of the street used car dealership."
