"My almost 10 year old has been seeing dr.Zimmerman since he was 2 days old. We absolutely love her, and every single human that works with her. The receptionist is the sweetest , I have never seen her in a bad mood ever.. always smiling, and personable.. the nurses are too. I spoke to one nurse for over 30 minutes on the phone with questions about insurance, and she handled my ignorance and stress with such grace. Dr.Zimmerman is absolutely amazing. We will always go to wherever she is, if she moves offices, as she has in the past, we goin' too. My son and I love her."

"They have too many patience to give anyone the time of day. Can never get anyone to call back. Can never get any referrals for anything that THEY RECOMMEND getting referrals for. Don’t even bother calling and leaving a message because no one will ever return your call. Again, they have far too many patients to be able to give decent care. Always rushed and always ignored."

"Dr. Zimmerman is a great listener and was willing to work with me and my child’s vaccine schedule. My son has a rare congenital heart defect called left atrial isomerism with heterotaxy syndrome. I had been turned away by Dr. Henderson when I didn’t follow the strict vaccine schedule he had wanted to pursue with my 3 month old son. We had seen him multiple times and were let go very abruptly and unprofessionally. I’m very grateful to have found Dr. Zimmerman!"

"We were first time patients to this office and had car trouble, ran a little late and had never been seen before. We get there and the receptionist was extremely rude toward us. I asked for a reschedule and she told me to wait while she goes and does something. After a little bit I decided to just leave and contact them later. She put us down as a no show and they are refusing to see our children because of ONE instance of being late on our first day! Absolutely unprofessional! I hope Karma has a good time with her."

"My children have been seeing Dr. Zimmerman for 15 years. She spends as much time needed with her patients and she is compassionate. Her office staff is very friendly and appointments can be made same day most of the time. The wait times can be long but that is to be expected at any Dr's office. She spends time with her patients so of course it takes a bit longer to be seen. I highly recommend Kid Care Pediatrics."
