"Dr Palmarola is a great doctor, both knowledgeable and caring. We were one of her first patients when she joined IVFMD in 2019. She got me pregnant first try with an IUI after talking me out of IVF. She is honest and doesn’t make you feel like she’s only in it for the money. We moved so have been with another clinic for 4 years but now we are back because we haven’t gotten the results we want."

"The most unorganized office in South Miami. If you’re looking for any service they provide, you should seriously consider your options. If you have an appointment don’t expect to be seen until at least an hour has passed. If you’ve paid your bill, keep track because THEY WILL send duplicates asking for payment."

"I had a really terrible experience in the short time I went here. First of all, plan to wait more than an hour for any appointment. Secondly, you can only communicate through an app, which is fine 90% of the time, but there are instances when it isn't. The doctor I saw mistakenly messed up a medication i've been on, and messed up my cycle (after asking several times through the app if the doctor was sure on the meds). There were too many mishaps and misunderstandings - I ended up switching to a different clinic as I genuinely don't think I could trust this place. UPDATE:::: after telling them I’m switching providers, they send me a past due bill for something I already paid for. I sent a screenshot of the payment and they said “oh sorry, you’re right” this office is such an unorganized mess."

"I had 3 friends recommend this clinic to me so without doing research I decided to check them out. The nurse I met with, Sasha, was great - really informative, friendly, and I felt very comfortable speaking with her. However their front office staff is unwelcoming, speak to patients with attitude and look like they hate being there. They don’t like to answer any questions and are just trying to get rid of you. Overall, I was not thrilled about my experience there."
