"Dr. Patricia Novelo is wonderful, so it is her assistant,Jenny Muñoz. The ladies at the front desk are really helpful. However, I am thinking about leaving Cano because you can not see doctors that work in hospitals, even though, they are in my insure. This is a disaster. The best doctors work in hospitals. I am extremely disappointed for this decision from the board of Cano Health."

"I had to take a minute to write a review about the office manager- Crystal. I came in with a last minute, urgent matter that if it wasn’t for Crystal I wouldn’t be able to have it resolved and would’ve lost a lot of money as well. Crystal took an extra step for me and made sure my issue was resolved promptly. I’m coming from the medical field and I can say that people like Crystal are hard to come by!! Thank you so much Crystal!!"

"After leaving for a few years because I wasn’t happy, I returned yesterday and was very pleasantly surprised. My whole experience was nice. I liked Dr Novelo. Crystal the manager was very helpful. The phlebotomist was amazing and I hardly felt her. The staff was friendly and I did not wait very long. Lastly, Veronica from the plantation office helped me so much to facilitate that this appointment would go so smoothly."

"My father, a patient of 7 years of Dr. Vargas, called the office three days in a row and spoke to a secretary to tell her his blood pressure was very high and that he needed his blood pressure medicine changed. The secretary assured him each day that she would speak to his doctor to call him back as soon as possible the same day. After 3 days of empty promises his blood pressure led him to the ER. He could barely walk. Now he’s dealing with a $23k bill. HORRIBLE. THEY ARE TAKING NO RESPONSIBILITY and still have not called him back. I have advised him to get a new doctor because the staff is terrible and irresponsible. I will be consulting a lawyer."

"Dont waste your time coming here if you need a pcp referral to go to a different doc. When it comes to getting a referral sent to your doctor it will NEVER happen. I needed my referral sent to my doc and they sent it to the wrong office several times even though the correct info was provided . After wasting hours calling and speaking to “supervisors” and being promised my issue would be resolved. Till this date it hasnt been resolved and due to the lack of their professionalism i would never go back to this office. NOT ONLY DID THEY DO THIS TO ME BUT ALSO TO MY MOTHER. So this is an ongoing issue with this office."
