"This is a small facility with a small waiting room. I believe, it’s one of the reasons that you don’t wait long for your appointment once you’re in it. In total I’d give this place 3 stars however, because of Bianca I raised it to 4 stars. If I need ( hopefully NOT ) another treatment, I will certainly choose this facility only because of BIANCA 5* ! She is the best technician I’ve ever met and unfortunately, I’ve been visiting many facilities in my life. Thank you Bianca for who you are, I’m sure you’ll keep on being so professional, generous and considerate!"
"I wish I could rate this place with negative stars. It's unbelievable the lack of professionalism they have. Authorizations stays pending insurance approval for weeks. I called my insurance as instructed by them, and also checked my insurance online and no authorizations are pending. I offered them to do self pay, representative said, yes sure it's $250 for self pay and I agree to it. next morning they called me, No you can not do self pay because you have insurance. probably they get more $$ with the insurance involved. Come on, you can do better, I'm not doing a MRI just for fun. I'm doing it because I need it."
"What an amazing atmosphere!!! From the moment you walk through the door!! Natalie front desk young lady was excellent a very friendly with a very inviting smile!!!! And the technician the guy was also so very nice and was very patient and caring with my father who is 90 yrs old and has dementia.. I wish them the very best and a Happy New Year!!"
"It was a very pleasant experience. The girls at the front desk were very nice and took me right away on time. Brian took care of me. He explained everything as he went along. I have been going there year after year for my pet scans and it’s always been a pleasant experience."
