I went for second time to this place ( first visit was horrible, because they cancelled my app by mistake and they did not see me that day, plus the young lady at that moment was very rude) but today was a big difference, Nancy was very helpful, she greeted me and had a big smile when I entered, she was very patient and she was making sure I understand all the steps.
