"Terrible place please don't go. I made my appointment two days in advance and arrived at 12:50, 10 minutes before my appointment, set at 1 in the afternoon. When I registered, my appointment did not appear and the staff did not attend to me and they recommended that I put myself on the waiting list. wait and I told them that my appointment was at 1 and that I was on time, they didn't care and I couldn't leave, I lost my day at work and no matter how much I asked them to attend to me, they made me wait for hours and they attended to me 4 hours later. It was very important for me to take those exams and that's why I waited, but really these people don't care about other people's time anymore here in this country that time is money and apart from that day I missed another appointment for my children since they They attended to me whenever they felt like it."

"The idea of this concept makes sense, but it is just not well executed at all. They have self service check in which gives the impression that the experience will be efficient, but it was anything but! Had a 1:30 appointment and waited for nearly an hour to be seen. Ridiculous! Who has time for that?"

"First time visiting Quest in a long time. Loved the ease of self registration and as a walk in the short wait. Most of all, the staff was professional and efficient. Cindy was very nice and did a great job taking my blood. No pain and found my shy vein in no time. Thank you Cindy. And thank you Quest."

"If I can give a 0 star I will, this is my second time coming here The first time everything nice, a warm women was in a front desk and a great guy in side the room help me a lot Today I went for the second time and they was under staff just 4 women’s was working no body in the front desk, I was waiting for 2 hours somebody call my 3 year old son for his labs and they doesn’t have at bathroom available again because was no body in the front My son need to use the bathroom so I went to the grocery store next to them literally I just was there for 2 minutes and in that moment they call my son and when I get there running , they told me I need to put my name back in the list because I wasn’t there in the second they call my son name!!! Whattt???? So they doesn’t have a bathroom available for patients and I wait 2 hrs there to be attended with a 3 years old kid and they can not wait 2 minutes because the 3 years old kid need a bathroom???? So they are not attending humans , are the attending robots which dont go to the bathroom I make me loss my time I don’t understand that policy where you can wait all day for them but they can’t wait 2 minutes for you"

"This Aventura location DON'T deserve ANY STAR! Don't want to know how many patients mornings are being ruined by them! Not offer right advice for a busy day waiting time! Just say: I DON'T KNOW! She should NOT work there! I miss my appointment but decide to walk in today at 7 am, until 10 am, still not calling me! No consideration with better attitude instead calling inside nurse staff came to tell me they won't serve me today! Just because I did complain something is wrong?! All the walk-in for 1 & 1/2 hour no service, only those people got appointment being call very soon, if they accept walk-in, they need to somehow taking care of the walk-in! The front staff tells me they won't call walk-in until all the appointments on the board served! How could it possible?! Any minute people walk in with appointment! This location really needs BETTER STAFFS!! NO STAR FOR THEM!!"
