"Called this office over 100 times (literally in my call log) in the span of two days during their regular business hours, if i don't get a ringing line where nobody picks up its a recorded line, i even went on their website under contact us and left my number, email and the reason i was calling with no response, I pulled up to the office since they couldn't answer the phone at 2:30 after their lunch break and surprise nobody was there either"

"I was referred to this clinic by the Florida health Dept. When I called to get more information on services and appointments the receptionist was very friendly and informative and was able to get me an appointment the same day. When I arrived Voneshia C and Joana A greeted me with a smile and checked me in right away. The APRN Sandrine Gabot came and brought me back for the intake and explained everything to me didn't rush and took her time to listen to my concerns and questions. Overall pleasant prompt experience and patient care. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for a center that will test and treat at no cost.
