"Very happy with dr Guerrero and his staff. Anytime I call with a question or concern I always get a call back the same day. Even dr Guerrero himself has called me at 7 o’clock in the evening to discuss my concerns. Daisy is also terrific and very kind and patient. Dr. Guerrero leaves no stone unturned when diagnosing and treating. 5 stars!!"

Terrible doctor bedside manner, didn't explain anything to us in regards to our 5 year old daughters blockage that she was hospitalized with, then on top of that i was paying my very high bill in monthly payments and they still sent me to collections!! Highly do not recommend!!!!!!!"

"I like Dr. Guerrero a lot.. he’s very informative, gentle and patient with my little one. He takes time to answer all my questions too which is extremely comforting. He even took the time to call me on the phone and explain test results so I was clear on everything that was going on. I go to the St. Lucie location and the girls are very friendly there which is also great. I’m very grateful to have Dr. Guerrero up here!! Highly recommended!"

"Just began with this office, so far so good. The girls upfront are very kind. I'm not sure why most complaints are of not answering calls, every single time I've called I've been able to speak with someone & questions were answered. The doctor was kind, answered my questions & was able to explain everything to where I can understand. However I do agree, the doctor does mumble, talks fast & does not gasp for air when speaking. But other than that we've had a good experience so far...."

"This place does not even deserve one star. The staff is careless and irresponsible. You call at 9:15am and they're still on the answering service. You call all day no answer only voicemails. You call in the afternoon and they've rerouted the answering service early. They scheduled my 5 year old daughter for a procedure wo getting approval from my insurance first and were expecting us to show up at 630Am for an endoscopy and colonoscopy wo a referral. Meaning my 5 year old would have been on a clear liquid diet and murilax 4x/day the day prior. A 5 year old! To then go to the hospital not being able to be seen w/o a referral. I've been calling since Monday and it is now Wednesday and they haven't answered the phone in 3 days. That doctor doesn't even care about what my daughter is going through and the staff could care less about good service."
