Xpress Urgent Care in West Palm Beach is a walk-in medical facility located at 4475 Medical Center Way. We are open Monday to Saturday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and on Sundays from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. No appointments are needed for most services, except for COVID-19 vaccine appointments which can be scheduled by calling us on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Our extended hours allow you to receive medical care for acute illnesses and injuries, physical exams, digital x-rays, on-site lab services, confidential STD testing, and more. Whatever you are going in for, Dr. Marva Carpenter is the most caring and responsive doctor. It's really evident that Dr. Marva Carpenter cares for her patients. She is the BEST doctor. I also love this brand new building they are in. The building is so spacious, clean, and very well kept. I was seen very quickly by the way! I did not wait long at all. The front desk receptionist was so nice, efficient, and happy. It is so lovely to walk in somewhere where they are happy to be there. I also was so happy to have worked with Greg there too which I believe was Dr. Carpenter's nurse. :) Great experience and even greater people."
