"Do not choose this facility for any medical needs! They are awful! Every appointment I have waited 2-4 hrs PAST my appointment time to see the doctor. They failed to send referrals out in a timely manner, causing me to miss appointments with specialists. They don't answer their phone or respond to in-app messages. They have failed to refill medication in a timely manner, often sending prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy. I would strongly advise anyone to seek medical care somewhere else."

"I want to start off by saying how much I love my doctor, Dr. Mandelblum! I have been seeing him for 8 years now and every time he comes in the exam room he is happy to see me and always remembers me. He’s such a personable doctor and he actually cares about his patients and their well-being! However this review is for Giselle. She works at the front desk and mostly handles labs but when I went in yesterday after having a horrible experience at RAYUS radiology she helped me and was so sympathetic and caring! She is sweet and patient and I just love that! Every time I go in to Soma they make me feel right at home and that I am important even though I don’t speak Spanish! Thank you so much Giselle, you made my day so much better!"

"Scheduling appointments at this is facility is absolutely pointless. I scheduled an appointment for 11am and I arrived at 10:45am to check in and I did not see a doctor until a hour later. Plus I noticed I was being skipped and I had to complain just to final see someone. To make matters worse when I went to pick up my refill they forgot to send it in to Publix. I called soma to have them send in the refill before they closed but they kept giving me a run around and saying they will call me back which they never did."

"The staff are really the nicest people. I'm always treated kindly. However, I think Soma, like most all other doctor's offices over prescribe pharmaceuticals. Americans are being unjustly served by the doctors who are doing the work of drug manufacturers. Do research and ask pharmacists about the meds you are taking. I was given a back pain medication from Soma that I researched. It was introduced to the marked in 1957 and is owned by Pfizer. On the computer I found that the actual function of the drug was unknown and that 'it was not indicated for back pain.' Do your research people. Don't rely on doctors because they don't have the training in drug knowledge such as a pharmacist."
