"I recently had an unsettling experience with Dr.Martine Senatus during my visits to VIP Integrative Healthcare. From the start, I felt uncomfortable with the excessive testing she insisted on, including frequent drug tests and EKGs, regardless of my complaints about side effects from the prescribed medication. What bothered me the most was the lack of consideration for my well-being. Despite expressing concerns about the medication and detailing my prior experience as a procedure coordinator for a esteemed Harvard professor and anesthesiologist at Broward Health North, Dr.Martine Senatus dismissed my input and proceeded to intimidate and scold me. This behavior was highly unprofessional and left me feeling unheard and disrespected. As someone with a background in healthcare procedure coordination and billing and coding knowledge, I was shocked at the dismissive attitude towards my concerns. It raised questions about the transparency of billing and coding practices within the healthcare facility. I strongly advise others to carefully consider their choice of healthcare provider and to be vocal about their concerns. A positive patient-doctor relationship is crucial for effective healthcare, and unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Martine Senatus fell far short of that standard. Furthermore, adding to my dissatisfaction, Dr. Martine Senatus consistently insists on conducting appointments via telehealth, even when in-person consultations would be more appropriate given the nature of my concerns. This reliance on telehealth raises questions about the thoroughness of her assessments and the quality of care provided. Moreover, it came to my attention that despite her insistence on frequent testing and insistence on follow-up appointments, Dr. Martine Senatus failed to obtain proper authorization for the last prescription she issued to me, which was fifteen days ago. They just called me today to schedule yet another follow-up while I am still waiting on the prior-authorization of her office to pick up the previously mentioned prescription… This negligence not only reflects poorly on her professionalism but also poses potential risks to my health and well-being. Overall, my experience with Dr. Martine Senatus has been disappointing and concerning. Her disregard for patient input, intimidating behavior, reliance on telehealth, and failure to adhere to proper authorization procedures for prescriptions have eroded my trust in her as a healthcare provider and even the healthcare system of our nation as a whole. I urge others to approach their healthcare decisions with caution and to prioritize finding a doctor who values open communication, respects patient autonomy, and upholds the highest standards of medical care."

"Dr. Senatus is an excellent doctor and extremely thorough, she goes the extra mile to make sure her patients are in good hands and her staff are supper friendly as well. It’s always a pleasure going there"

"My daughter suffers from bipolar Disorder, severe anxiety and major depressive disorder. We had just moved to Florida and found Dr senatus. She was great at first but when it came time to prescribe my baby something a little stronger for her anxiety, I was told we needed to find another Dr...that she was at her limit of what she can give my daughter. Bull, then I called and talked to her about it and to ask about a certain medication and she told me she's totally fine with my daughter going elsewhere. If your not happy with your jib or you don't wanna treat patients then DONT!"

"I want to give an honest review because I know someone’s mental health may rely on it. I’ve had several psychiatrists over the years, all of which knew what I had and immediately put me on antidepressants which made my mental health worse. Dr. Martine was the first to prescribe a mood stabilizer: I had a bad reaction to the first one (not her fault) contacted the office and made another appt. Which I showed up (it was a telephone appt) and no one contacted me. I was not in a good place mentally so that was very stressful, but they contacted me immediately Monday morning and got me in. After finding I had a reaction to the first medication, she prescribed a second and that one has helped give me such a better quality of life. It has taken a couple months to get to a better place mentally, and even though it’s not always easiest to get through to the office, out of all the psychiatrists I’ve had… Dr. Martine is the first one who actually helped me. It takes time and patience, and medications take several weeks to balance out, and that can cause a lot of stress on both ends. Im very grateful to have found this dr. :)"

"I wouldn’t even give one star if I had the option. I made my appointment online a week prior to my scheduled date. Over that week I received two reminders via text. When I showed up for my appointment I was told that they failed to notify me to verify my insurance so they had to cancel my appointment. Then told that they will call me to reschedule after it was verified. Dr Senatus even poked her head out from behind a wall divider and did not intervene. I was sent walking. And of course I was never called to reschedule. Doesn’t say much about her credibility as a medical professional."
