"My husband went in for a consultation and scheduled his procedure. He was given an appointment for the procedure but no one called him with the time. I called the facility where he was supposed to go and they did not have him on their schedule. I called the doctor's office and found out they didn't book the appointment. He had to be rescheduled for the next week. The following week the same thing happened again. I called the office and they had not scheduled him again. Now they want to reschedule him again. We won't be going back. This is the most unprofessional office I've ever been to."

"Went in for pre-consultation in order to have a colonoscopy scheduled. Paid $70 for co-pay for weight and blood pressure to be taken, with basic medical questions asked by the physician's assistant. I was given a brief description of what the procedure would entail and then sent back to the receptionist to schedule my appointment to have the procedure done.I was given a sheet of paper with appointment dates and was told to follow instructions and surgery center would call with time of appointment the day before the scheduled procedure. Because of the nature of the procedure, I took the 2 days off for the listed days. Office then called a day before the procedure to say they messed up the dates and I would now have to be rescheduled. They claimed they tried to call me but I have no calls from them at all.I have now lost 2 days of PTO because of this and they wanted to schedule me the day after a holiday, totally inconvenient for me in more ways than one. I have now lost my Paid days and I have no intention of going back to this unprofessional establishment again and would suggest anyone reading this to avoid this place as well."
