"The front desk girls were nice and professional. The staff talk out loud making sure senior patients can hear them when talking to them. Paperwork can be overwhelming and challenging specially for seniors. They were very attentive and were ready to help out with paperwork. True you go back and forth to different rooms to get some time done and have to wait. It can be tedious for seniors but overall it's worthy. Dr Kang and the audiologist, Lisa were knowledgeable and patiently answered any concerns. What we liked the most is that Dr Kang is on top of his medical research within his scope of practice. He explained clearly about hearing hygiene and what to avoid doing. Definitely we need more good doctors like Dr Kang and professional, helpful and friendly staff. Hopefully you can open an office in Volusia county soon . Thank you for your service."

"I came to this office after having 7 visits over 5 months at another office with no success and no improvement with a very stubborn ear issue. I had diminished hearing from my ear for the majority of 2023 and so much pain. My mental health was at a low point. Jeff Fichera and his assistant Kimmy saw me many times in the month of October. As I sat in pain and tears in the office, Jeff sat with me to explain everything and promised me he would make me feel better. Today, I’m so happy to report that this is the best I’ve felt all year. My hearing is back to normal and the horrible ear and jaw pain is gone. I drive 1hour and 20 minutes to this office and I’d do it 100 times over to receive this level of care and diligence. I’m so thankful!"
