"Awful place. Horrible prices, doctors only give 10 minutes of their time and have zero idea what they’re talking about. I specifically tested by asking about how a past hypothetical psych recommended mixing two medications that should not be mixed under any circumstances, and they claimed the psych was right, but did not offer any substantiated reasoning. This is an extremely common sense thing as well where it’s very obvious these substances should not be taken together. Thats when I knew my provider was failing and not working. Never again with these guys."

"I was charged thousands of dollars for appointments my insurance fully covered. I got a message on facebook that someone with my old number was being reached out to and left with multiple voicemails with my personal information left in them. I'll be waiting for the class action lawsuit. So disgusting to see a mental health office harass and bully patients into paying debts. Also leaking personal information on a voicemail is illegal in the state of Florida. Please use ethical business practices if you are going to try to be a legitimate doctors office. This office's billing team has actually harassed me with the obscene amount of phone calls to where I had to change my number. I can block one number and they will call me off another. Please maybe look at all the recent one star reviews and take this as a learning experience to improve your buisness or to stop ruining peoples mental health by putting them into crippling debt that can't be paid in this economy and was also covered by my insurance."

"What’s sad is that I enjoy going here and the office staff is full of wonderful people, but I can’t afford the increasing prices and poor billing management. I first paid a bill of $189 dollars for my first appointment. Then the next day after my appointment I get a bill for $212 due THAT DAY. After half an hour of phone calls I was told that there is ‘no worries this bill is not due today…trust me’ and they refused to give me that in writing. Another half an hour later of calling the HR department I finally got them to cancel the invoice and send it to me on a later date. At this point $212 for medication management is insane. Then after my third appointment with nothing changing my bill increases again to $289 dollars. $289 dollars to talk to someone for three minutes to say “yes my medication is working”. Please avoid this place if you do not have amazing coverage or if you do not want to deal with the overseas billing department they use. EDIT To add to this, I just checked my insurance claims page, the amount I’m actually supposed to be paying is 176.80, yet they are sending me a bill for 289.21. This is with my insurance coverage, by the way, the original bill is 401.20. EDIT 2 Okay just had to argue with the billing company for 30 minutes again to cancel these invoices ($500+) and charge me the correct amount ($389) which they are pressuring me to pay immediately. I’m going to be ‘receiving a call’ in 3 hours right when I told them I’ll be home to make sure I paid the bills. The due dates on the previous bills were November 10th and November 18th. Incredibly sketchy and crooked billing department."
