"Plenty of parking, the center was clean, the front staff were awesome at 6 am! My nurse Carmen was AMAZING!! The nurses and techs were so sweet and professional and made feel at ease. Dr Popli is amazing! This is my 3rd time at Palm Endoscopy and Not my last!"

"This review consists of two parts. Firstly, I want to commend the medical staff for their exceptional care and friendly demeanor. They exhibited genuine concern and performed their duties with outstanding professionalism. However, my experience with the front office was disappointing. Their attitude was indifferent and they displayed a lack of concern for both my well-being and my input. Mary and Christy, in particular, were rude and showed a callous disregard for my requests. Despite repeatedly asking them to contact my insurance company or mail me the bill, their response remained consistently dismissive: "We are a private company, we don't operate in that manner." It was evident that their primary focus was on collecting payment upfront, rather than prioritizing patient care. Although my insurance covered the entire cost of the procedure, it took an excessive 60 days and numerous phone calls before I received full credit. This delay further underscores the office's disregard for patient welfare, highlighting their primary concern as financial gain rather than patient well-being."

"This is my third procedure at this facility. That should say it all right there. The staff is friendly, professional and always do a good job. "All of the staff are cordial and caring. The waits were brief. I had no discomfort. The nurses are great. The anesthesia team put some medicine in my IV and told me I would notice something, the next thing I know I'm waking up and my doctor lets me know that my procedure was done. I felt that they all really cared. An excellent experience...I highly recommend Palm Endoscopy ."

"This was second experience but it was good. The appointment before the procedure was helpful to prepare. Was able to obtain a prep that was an easier tolerate than my first experience. Was able to do the smaller volume prep. If you don't have kidney issues, this might be a good idea, you should ask about it. The day of the appointment all went went well. Staff professional and no issues. Dr. Shephard was excellent. Highly recommend!"
