"Horrific staff and practitioner came to see.her for my son who had autism. Life is difficult enough having a teen going through anger outbursts and recent hospitalization which staff knew about. I made a new patient appt hoping to meet with compassionate practitioner who understood mental health needs, we driver 40mins I called early to say we would be arriving few mins late cos.my son was having difficult getting in car to see doc and we ended up in traffic. Staff was rude and would not tell us whether he would be seen llate, so we drove 40 mins with an agitated kid. When we arrived 12mins late they made us wait another 10mins and denied appointment. This is not the kind of basic compassion you need in this field. Very uncaring and unprofessional."

"My daughter has been seeing Dr. Sriram for a few months. Recently her medication was due for a refill and the pharmacy has been trying to contact the doctor to get approval and the doctor has not responded. It's been several days. I have also contacted them and left multiple voicemails with no response. She is now on an emergency supply that walgreens provided for 3 days with no clear resolution of how to get a refill. I have also emailed the baycare customer service address as well as lodged a complaint on their online survey platform. All they did was redirect me back to the same phone number where nobody is answering the phone. I replied to them as such and I have not gotten a response. Apparently this has been happening quite often at this facility as I went on Google reviews and found multiple similar complaints to mine - no response to refill requests. And some people having to visit an emergency room to get a refill on their mental health drug because of no response. It's extremely concerning not only to me as a parent but for the community at large. Somebody needs to look into this and correct these practices. This doctor should be reprimanded for not overseeing an adequate treatment regimen."
