"After working in a doctor's office for 7 years I know things will never be perfect. The medical assistant I didn't really care for her because when I tried to explain my son didn't need any shots because he was up to date. She got offended and said something smart. I understand she didn't want to be wrong but people make mistakes. Long story short he didn't need any and she didn't say my bad or anything. The check in process is easy and the lady at the front desk is very nice. Jessica APRN takes her time to answer questions and make sure you understand."
