"I had my first round of treatment with Spravato treatment last Thursday and couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. The head psychiatrist (I suck with names and can’t remember his) came in to my room where I was having the treatment beforehand to introduce himself, explain the treatment and answer any questions I had. He went above and beyond and made me feel so comfortable with everything. Mike, the gentleman who assisted me with administering the Spravato and took care of me during treatment was absolutely amazing, kind and so helpful. Also, I’d always heard Spravato was incredibly difficult to get someone prior authorized. And even if it’s approved, the process takes months. I had my initial appointment on 12/22/23, which was just to gather information to check for eligibility. Because of the holidays, and the fact that I needed an afternoon appointment, there was a slight delay in getting in for my next appointment, which was to actually start the prior-authorization process. That appointment was on 1/9/24. I received a notice from my insurance that the Spravato prior authorization was approved on 1/24/24! I was scheduled to come in for my first treatment the very next Tuesday, but I got Covid and was able to get in until last Thursday. My point is that the entire process is so SO UNBELIEVABLY QUICK!!! If it weren’t for Christmas, New Years and my needing an afternoon appointment, I’m confident I would’ve been in the chair, having my first treatment in under a month!!! I couldn’t believe how fast they got it approved!!! I’m really looking forward to my ongoing treatments at Neurospa! I know if anyone can help me get my mental health back on track, it’s Neurospa! I feel THAT confident in this business!"

"Patients are asked for good reviews, I was multiple times. Spent almost 8k out of pocket on ketamine and it helped. My provider who was wonderful left and they did not have a provider for a while and I don’t feel comfortable getting ketamine from a brand new provider. Continued with therapy for almost a year and during Christmas week while I was having an extremely hard time they cancelled my appointment 5 minutes prior because I did not have the insurance co pay due to a financial mistake. (I paid my mortgage twice.) When I told them to cancel all my therapy appointments as I don’t feel comfortable working with a practice that treats people like this in these situations, they sent me my discharge papers for the whole practice lol. I had planned on coming back for ketamine follow up once the provider had been there a bit and also my insurance approved tms, I’ll spend my money somewhere else. my mental healthcare is top priority, and I have always paid my bills. Total money grab and you could find a clinic that cares about your mental health instead of just pretending to. Ketamine works I just do not recommend this clinic."
