"Wasted my time at the pharmacy. I called to confirm which pharmacy they sent my prescription to. I went there the same day and they looked at me like I was crazy. Then I wasted another 15 mins in the phone to be told they’ll have to resend it."

"Since they became Wellmed their patient service has gone down. The providers there are great. It is the revolving door of support staff that makes it hard. They lack professionalism, leave you on hold too long, loose important paperwork, and are just not the same as the old staff. I hope they get it together because my patience has worn thin with them!"

"I get that the primary care health system is overloaded and you may not see a doctor; but even a nurse would've been just fine for me! I also get that it can take time anywhere to find an opening for a new patient appointment. My appointment was scheduled in August, when I had the flu, and I decided I needed to finally get my primary care physician sorted out. I called the office; but as a new patient, I couldn't get in until October; so that was the appointment we set - 10/10/2022 at 1:00pm. Now here we are in October, after multiple reminder emails and texts from WellMed, and the WellMed staff cannot find a record of me at all. From the sounds of the waiting area, they apparently had triple booked quite a few people already at 1pm that day. Time to start over and look for another PCP."
