"My wife likes the endocrinologist, especially considering the limited options that take our insurance. However the office's scheduling is horrible. As a small business owner, my team is sure to let customers know ahead of time if we are running behind. A small courtesy call goes a long way and gives the client the ability to make adjustments and notify others that are affected. This practice doesn't value a person's time at all. My wife frequently waits an hour and a half or more to be seen. She will ask how far behind they are and she is lied to every time. Do not book other appointments around these appointments. Expect to spend hours here. Hopefully whoever manages the scheduling figures it out because the way that it's handled now is completely disrespectful to their clients' time."
"This is the worst place to go, the receptionist at the Largo office is the rudest person I’ve ever come into contact with. I called the office last Wednesday to get a prior authorization for my diabetes medication. I’ve called everyday, messages everyday and spoke to the receptionist everyday. It’s now Wednesday again. Still nothing. I haven’t had my medication for a week, they don’t seem to care one way or the other."
"This clinic is the worst I’ve visited in55 years of being a diabetic. Prescriptions have taken weeks to be called in and only after multiple phone calls, wrong dosage of medication prescribed, rude inconsiderate, on my first visit, I was not notified I would see an intern instead of my scheduled Dr. Once Dr came into room I asked a question about a small burning sensation on my face, the Dr threw her hands in air losing control and sent me straight to ER. There was absolutely nothing wrong with. I also did not get my meds. I will not going back once I get my insulin filled. Been over 10 days trying to get it called in. They don’t return phone calls. Today I’ve tried to call constantly for 4 hours. If there was a negative rating I would give it. I’ve been advised by an attorney that I should sue"
"Every time I had come to this office in the past year I have had good experiences until today. I love the doctor and doctors assistant. They are both so nice and very personal! As for the reception area, deb who works in the front desk or whom ever is her name who worked today was beyond rude. No customer service! Was rude! Laughed ! And lied about availability! I told her my information stayed the same with only a changed of address. Laughed when I verified my number. I wanted to come back to this location, since they are great! However, her impolite personality ruined the experience that we were having. She had mentioned that she will have availability until July or august . Which I was fine waiting. Then she tells me oh our next is September 1? I told her well then you lied about it being sooner , but okay. She raises her voice and says our next available is. Well, next time know your schedule. I told her I will stick my my original appointment elsewhere and continues to be rude and says well do you even know where it is? I said yup and decided to hang up. Please retrain the staff or get a new receptionist that is kind before it kills the business that the doctors work hard to create."
