"Although I had some communication issues at first and was unable to connect with anyone/ not returned calls or issues leaving voice messages, finally my call was answered very professionally by Erin from the new patient registration department, who listened and helped me scheduling an appointment right away without passing me to another voicemail. Despite of some bumps at first; things worked out great at the end."

"I would NEVER recommend this office. My daughter was seeing Megan, during COVID she had an appointment which was virtual. After that appointment I was charged $165.00 for that appointment . I called billing spoke to someone who was going to research and get back to me, I also called the Coral Springs location, spoke with Sabrina. With no resolution. I found out a week later that this group got bought out and no longer took my insurance. I was never notified, if I knew this I would have canceled my daughters appointment. I can’t believe they take money from your bank account without your knowledge. They could have notified me first before taking my money since this was during COVID. They are a very unprofessional group and it’s sad they try to help others with Mental Health. DO NOT GO HERE. Scammers. Will take money without your knowledge. WORST PLACE EVER. Dirty office."

"Last Tue. I had an appointment with Megan at 5:30. I arrived at 5:20 and there was nobody to check patients in. The first therapist opened up the reception window and gave his client paperwork. I asked him if Megan was in. He ignored me. 5:30 came and another therapist came out and retrieved his client. I asked him if someone could get Megan. He said her door was closed and he couldn't bother her. Two more therapists came out and I asked them if Megan was even in and neither one could answer me. They went back inside with their clients and ignored my questions. 5:50 and the first therapist was behind the reception window and opened it. I went up and asked him to please see if Megan was in and if he could let her know I was there. He shut the glass door! 6:00 and Megan finally came out. I asked her why she didn't come to get me and she replied nobody told her I was there. I said that she knew she had an appointment with me. She said she was on the phone! My session was cut to 30 minutes and she asked me to fill in paperwork as they were changing systems, the remainder of the time. She also did not remember or make note that she was supposed to be doing EMDR with me. I called the next day, canceled my future appointments and advised the office manager of what happened. I told her I would be sharing this experience on the internet which is my warning to others about this office."

"BEWARE!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!!!! This office is the biggest rip off! I took my child to the office and the Dr recommended a psychological test. Before my child took it, I asked if it was covered by my insurance; to which they said yes. A few weeks later I received a bill for almost $500; when I called to ask about it, the rude and unprofessional receptionist said it was not covered by my insurance. I started making payments and after missing one payment they sent me to collection and charged me an additional $165 on top of my balance!!! Very unprofessional staff, and extremely disappointed that the doctor takes advantage of people at their worst."

"This office is not only unprofessional but the office manager Danielle Mcloud is very rude and unfortunately not informed on accurate information when she speaks with clients. As well as over charging clients and not advising them that they have a credit until I call to complain. Please also note if they cancel an appointment they mark it on there end as you are a no call no show. Good Job! Great way to help our youth. Your office really should be ashamed of the way you conduct business."
