"I made my new patient appointment 3 months ago and when it was the date for my appointment I was told that I had to reschedule my appointment because I was late for 3 minutes. I told the girl at the front desk (blonde girl) I did my check in online/filled out my paperwork and I picked up my phone to show it was only 3 mins past my time. She said the doctor needed all 30 mins for new patients. I said ok, since it was my fault she could give me 20 mins, I had no complains and I just needed a blood work referral. She said, the doctor/Shah ordered her to reschedule. I asked her to please to talk to the doctor again to explain. The girl at the register did NOT want to help me at all and kept looking and saying "I'm sorry we have to reschedule", whatever I said she said like a robot "I'm sorry we have to reschedule"...I said "please I waited 3 months for this, can you please ask the doctor, since she put away those 30 mins for me/for a new patient". She said "no, the doctor took another patients since you were late". I even offered to stay until that patient is done so I could go later, but NO,...didn't feel like she tried to help me at all! This location is so convenient for my but I'll drive extra 30 mins to get better service and I'll switch my whole family from here. Another doctor/Kuriakose was very nice when I took my parents, but it was just very poor service how this girl handled the whole thing for me. She could have been a little more helpful and maybe I would just rebook my appointment. Customer service is everything!"
