"Had a appointment scheduled ON A FRIDAY EVENING though the VA for sleep orders. appointment was at 10 pm. arrived at 9;30 to be early. NO ONE SHOWED UP NO ONE. i called the pro act number on my appointment sheet the after hours answering service picked up SOME ONE NAMED GEORGE THE SUPERVISOR. very rude said well i will leave them a message to email you not call you back i asked can i get a return call he said they open on Monday I EXPLAINED TO GEORGE THAT I DROVE A HOUR DRIVE TO MAKE MY APPOINTMENT HE SAID WELL I HAVE CALLED ALL CONTACTS I CAN THEIRS NOTHING ELSE I CAN DO . i am ashamed to say this company who accepted a referral from the VA to perform these services needed to a veteran treated me this way.
