"They just want to get you in to bill you, not help. My husband spoke to them discussing the problems he had been dealing with going elsewhere. They assured him they could help at their office. Once he made an appointment and attended they said they don’t recommend any changes to medications etc nor would they regardless. We specifically told them that was the reason we wanted to change doctors. They did nothing different, just charge us over $200 for a one time WORTHLESS visit. We will never go back nor will be ever recommend this place."

"Dr. Hall and the staff were all very nice and professional. The facility was really nice and clean. Dr. Hall listened to my concerns and prescribed me what he thinks will help fix my issues, so fingers crossed it works, lol. All in all I had a great experience here!"

"ALEX is the BEST!!! ( PA) If it wasn’t for him, I would find another place. Nurse was very nice as well. Making appointment was a nightmare, I spoke to someone who told me “ it’s been a while since you were here, I CANT make you an appointment because your insurance may not cover/ may have changed”??? - never heard that in my life!!! I told her it’s been the same insurance for years, I can read you ID#!!! This is after calling FOR DAYS to get in, leaving voicemails, emails and finally getting a call back! Just a hassle."

"I would have given them a ZERO, but it wasn't an option. They charge $100.00 if have to change or cancel your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. I have never been notified of this policy, only charged. I have no use for a physician that needs to line their pockets off of other's inconveniences. I had called 5 times and left messages, with a person, expressing my concerns about about a medical procedure. I did not receive one call back. I should have known then that I wasn't dealing with professionals. If your car doesn't start, something comes up at work, or illness it doesn't matter, $100.00 charge."
