During these challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic, CMHC is offering Telemedicine services for medication management appointments to ensure continuity of care for both established and new patients. This temporary service allows patients to have their appointments from the comfort of their own homes, with certain restrictions applying.

With 9 conveniently located facilities in Central Florida, CMHC offers extended hours Monday through Saturday by appointment and accepts same-day appointments based on availability. The staff at CMHC treat each patient like family and are committed to maintaining a safe environment for all.
