"This place is a joke as doctors office and as employment. How do you take taxes out my checks for the almost 2 years I was there but then don’t take them out the last 5 months? That don’t seem right. I was treated poorly while on maternity leave by INNOVACARE! and barely got to enjoy my time with my baby due to the amount of stress they caused me. Let’s not forget I was sent an AMENDED w2 last year in like February! You treat your employees like a joke especially in the call center. Management there is the absolute joke. They are lazy. They’ll jump to call a provider about a referral but won’t about a medication that the patient was told they couldn’t stop taking and two days later a mom calls back for a update and they still don’t do anything. FCP has a revolving door for both patients and employees. Don’t waste your time! Only gave a 1 star cause it won’t let me leave a zero."

"I have NEVER felt so disappointed in a doctors visit than I did today. First off I was told I had to cancel my mammogram while I was at the appointment because I hadn't been seen by my primary in year I cancel make the appointment and was seen today. The PA spent less than 5 seconds in the room with me. No questions about my iverall health, recent blood work, have I had a colonoscopy ( being that I am a few months from 50). I'm an NP and was absolutely appalled by the lack of service. Well I did get that referral for my mammogram. Of which i really didn't need to be seen for that. I already knew I needed one . On the Quest to find an adequate Primary Care Provider. I will not be returning here."

"Had an appt, was checked in quickly and seen withing 15 minutes of checkin. All the staff were super friendly and attentive. Even though the staff are having to do a work around while the regular office is under construction everyone seemed to worked cohesively."

"For them to have 4 stars, the reviews must be fake. This office doesnt send referrals in a timely fashion they don’t return phone calls and staff is rude. I have been waiting over 3 weeks for referrals to be sent to specialists that ive seen previously. My health is declining because of there negligence. Ive tried speaking with supervisors and still nothing. Years ago they were good but that was over a decade ago. Im having to change doctors because of how negligent they are being. I havent had one good visit here and have do everything short of creating a huge scene to get them to do there job. I would never recommend this practice to anyone. HORRIBLE"

"This Clinic is HORRIBLE. I chose to go here after not seeing a doctor for yearly check ups or physicals because I rarely get sick. I was excited to get back on track. I have struggled with my weight for my entire life and need some help or answers. This is the wrong place to come. I saw Kara and she didn't even touch me for my first visit. She did not listen to my heart, lungs, she didn't look in my ears NOTHING. I did speak to the office manager who said that's because it was a new patient visit and they only do that for a physical. So I paid my copay for NOTHING. She did blood work which all came back normal except I'm pre diabetic. The doctor well physician assistant because she's NOT a doctor didn't even call me and go over why to do so I don't become diabetic or discuss anything. I have spoken to them in regards to my concerns and they are no help. Basically told me to see a nutritionist but my issue is not eating. I can eat salads all day and gain weight. She is very non compassionate and uncaring. I would HIGHLY reccomend fgoing to a different office with real doctors who help you with your help concerns. I would give this office ZERO starts if I could"
