"2mos waiting for this appt! 10 mins before our appt the front desk said our insurance had changed our primary care. I called Humana to fix the problem. The info was being sent when the front desk told me the doctor wasn't going to see us we had to reschedule. I told them but we're here and humana fixed the problem, But dcotor Stephany Paredes Molina said "No", she wouldn't be seeing us today we had to reschedule. I felt it was racist. They took the Spanish speaking late individuals but me and my daughter and another white lady were both turned away that day. There was no reason for this. I am done with UF HEALTH, I'll stick with Baptist, st vincent and MAYO. The place is dirty and smelly anyways."

"Absolute nightmare to deal with. They canceled my appointment (that i waited a month for) the day off and made me reschedule another month out. The practitioner was great, and gave me a referral. The referral said I would be contacted, which never happened, so i reached out, only to be told that i wasn’t contacted because they referred me to a place that didn’t take my insurance (the insurance they knew I had because I used it at the appointment). They switched the referral to a different place and I was told I’d be contacted. Again, I was never contacted. I even reached out to that place twice and they never responded to me. Literally would not recommend this place to anyone. I had to wait months for an appointment that was entirely unhelpful."

"To have a autoimmune condition and schedule an appointment and them cancel it 2 hours before the appointment is completely unprofessional, they don’t even have a backup they just cancel it with option to reschedule a month away, other offices that care about their patients will try to accommodate that same day or have open same day sick appts, have backup physicians or APRN’s at least. Save your time and go to a different office even if it is a further drive."

Dr. Carolina S Paredes Molina has the best bedside manner and truly cares for the longevity of her patients. She is the best, helping me get my health in check and learning to live a healthy lifestyle.
