"I can't say enough about this incredible institution. The level of care is unprecedented and you are made to feel almost like family. From the moment you make the call to the time you walk in for the first time for a consultation, the customer service is outstanding.The entire planning process was really easy. The big day arrived and I met the doctor, very pleasant person, we chatted for a few minutes and we got down to business. The procedure was flawless and I went home with no pain. Obviously there was soreness, but if you follow their aftercare instructions you will be very happy. I was called by the team everyday to check up on my healing process. Ladies and Gents that is customer service! After a few days of rest, I received my first set of implants while my gums heal. In about 4-5 months I will get my final set of Zirconia implants. The office team are absolute gems, their smile and willingness to go above and beyond is infectious. I was terrified of the dentist for my entire life.
