"Called the office multiple times to have a script transferred from old insurance to new insurance. Was told its not their responsibility to handle that, it was mine. The new insurance requires a pre authorization from them in order to get filled. They told me I need to do it myself and laughed. Worst doctors office I've ever been to. Front office staff is horrible. Switching doctors to find an office that will actually care about the patients."
