"When I was on Worker’s Comp. about two years ago, workers comp referred me to this place for my neck from a work injury. They were the most professional and nicest people I have ever met. I ended up having to have surgery but it was something that could not be avoided. Now I have a herniated disc in my lower back which isn’t anything to do with the work injury and I will be calling first thing this Monday morning to set up an appointment as I do not want to do surgery and I know I’ll be in great hands at this place. Frank even takes time to show me pictures of the different muscles he’s working on for me to understand how it will benefit with the pain I’m experiencing. They both are determined to aid in your recovery and find the right technique to help your needs. They listen to my needs and respond (e.g. billing and insurance questions, putting a PT plan together, etc... all have been handled to my satisfaction). Also, my physical therapist is Frank Allen, he is highly skilled and knowledgeable. He is also personable and makes patients feel comfortable.
