"Missed my appointment because there was no one at the window till 5 minutes prior to my appointment, then a lady came to the window, made eye contact with me and didn't ask if I needed to sign or even speak to me at all, then after my appointment time that same lady tells me I was late for my appointment."

"The place is located along side the VA doctors office. The office is located inside it labeled to find it easily. Once inside just go to the window and let them know you have an appointment. They will ask you to fill out some paperwork right there and will need to see your driver's license. The staff member I met was so nice and understanding for what I was there for. Very compassionate and explained everything along the way thru the end. He made me feel comfortable and that's important I know people get nervous and scared."

"Do not let Social Security send you here they are by us they work for Social Security, no matter what they say I have a bunch of doctors to tell me I cannot work in this one doctor says no, and I am not considered disabled if people here are disturbed. Cannot check somebody over in five minutes and say nothing is wrong with them . I have PTSD very seriously. I have breathing issues, and this man just spend five minutes with me and I don’t get Social Security the same day. I have five doctors that I pay for say that I cannot work, but I need Social Security and I need help. It’s a scam. All over the United States. IMA Evaluations is doing this to people should be illegal."

"I tried multiple times to call ahead for an appointment but no one ever answered the phone. After about 8 rings, I heard that lovely fax machine squeal. I triple and quadruple checked the number through multiple sources, all of them gave the same number. I decided to just go on over since I was only going for a pre-employment urine drug screen. Normally I wouldn't complain about waiting 45 minutes without an appointment if the place seemed busy, but every time I looked, there were three female employees standing around chatting and flipping through their cell phones. When I was finally called for my turn, it took less than 5 minutes for me to pee in the cup and sign the paperwork. In a bathroom with no lights. Where the employee left the room. With my belongings in the room. As an RN, I've conducted probably hundreds of pre-employment and pre-education drug screens. This is definitely not procedure. If I had something to hide, I could've easily switched my sample. Despite all of this, my experience wasn't so bad. I felt worse for the military service member who waited an hour past her appt time, although I did appreciate the company and the foodie discussion."
