"They are so professional that they had to give me 2 appointments in a period of 4 months to tell me that they did not accept it with the insurance that I have. And it didn't matter at all to them the 4 months I waited to see a doctor. I would like to rate with 0 stars but it is the minimum with one"

"Sui P ( Front Desk) was amazing in taking care of all paperwork and insurance her customer service was amazing and welcoming! Doctor was attentive as well and very professional highly recommend them!"

"I’m out of my blood pressure medication and desperately need a refill. I had called the primary care side of the Urgent Care 2 days ago letting them know about my situation as my heart rate went as high as 155 that day. I was told to call Walgreens because I have refills. I have my empty medicine bottle showing NO REFILLS. She obviously didn’t believe me so I went in today, on my day off and brought the bottle with me. The primary care front desk “medical assistant “ was rude as hell. She kept telling me it’s Walgreens fault. She also kept looking at her Apple Watch as she was getting personal messages. I could literally have a stroke without this medicine and she’s worried about her messages. Her demeanor and attitude towards me was uncalled for. Supposedly my primary care physician is on maternity leave so I asked if I could have an appt with someone else asap and was told no, there weren’t any available appointments. I have done business with this facility for close to 3 years. I will not be going back. Unbelievable. She does NOT need to be the first person patients come into contact with."

"Sometimes you can’t make an appointment for urgent care. Thought I might be dealing with appendicitis so show up 7am. No appointment. Receptionist says unless I have an appointment the earliest they can see me is 9:45?! Based off of reviews I don’t think I would have even been seen then anyways. Asked if i waited for 1 hour 1 1/2 that is there any chance I could be seen. Just kept repeating you need an appointment at 9:45. Clearly doesn’t care if it was a medical emergency or didn’t even ask. Very upset."

"Horrible experience screening for employer longest wait time in history two days ! 2 hrs 41 minutes short/understaffed had me wait both days just say after hours of waiting they are understaffed unprofessional! Then suggest I just go to another location after waiting hours ! Healthcare workers have no regard for customer care if you have to go to a location go to Mandarin do not come here you be here for two days and get absolutely nowhere. Front desk is rude gave me the run around cause she didn’t want to do her job typical front desk personality"
